How Mobile replaces paper, phone calls, and disputes in the field

The Mobile app is how your field workforce interacts with MySiteOps. It replaces paper timesheets, clipboard audits, phone calls to report incidents, and text messages to supervisors. Everything happens on the app, in real time, with GPS and photographic evidence attached.

NFC and QR clocking

Staff tap an NFC device or scan a QR code at the site to clock in. The app checks their GPS location against the site boundary and accepts or flags the clock-in accordingly. The entire process takes under 5 seconds.

Offline mode

Sites with poor mobile signal are a fact of life in FM. Mobile works fully offline — validations, audits, and incident reports are queued locally and sync automatically when connectivity returns.

Mobile audits and validation

Supervisors run site audits, cleaning validation checks, and inspections directly from the app. Checklists, scoring, and photo capture are all built in. Completed audits appear in the platform the moment they're submitted.

Incident and near-miss reporting

Staff report incidents from the app with time, location, description, and photos. Supervisors are notified immediately. The incident record is in the system before anyone makes a phone call.
